I've gotta go random-rant-crazy on something...
I think I've probably voiced this before...but I hate cheaters. And what I hate more is stupid, ignorant cheaters who make stupid excuses for their cheating. As some of you may know, I watch Cheaters on a regular basis. There's just something about catching people trying to get away with something...which also explains my fascination for Court TV. And if you want laughs, it's got that too, because the things these cheaters come up with to explain their actions could be as bad as excuses as the Prez does with...well, I'll just leave it at that.
From unemployed spouses who bring the other person to the house they share with the ones they're cheating on to letting them hold children that are not theirs and make them welcome them as fathers/mothers, I'm still amazed that these guys and gals aren't put on a list hanging out on every bar in the country.
And what really grinds my gears are people who take them back. Seriously, there's no amount of love for a person that should grant them another chance. It's like a get out of jail free card. I mean, when you get into a relationship, it's kinda an unwritten rule to not engage in sexual activity with another person unless of course your significant other says, "Hey, knock yourself out." And if you're gonna do that, you have to deal with those bags of worms.
And this brings up another thing...please...please...PLEASE...let the other know what the ground rules are in the relationship. If you think your significant other would be down with some three way action with a clown who was at your child's birthday party, ask them first. It would be kinda awkward if they come home and they find you half-naked with Bozo on their knees in front of you...
(And before you ask, no, this did not happen to me...like I said before...RANDOM...)
(...though it would be funny as hell to see this on YouTube...)
So, in review...
1. don't cheat...
2. if you get caught cheating, own up to it...
3. whatever they do, do not buy that 'gimme another chance' junk...
Seriously, if they actually used some common sense, they knew it was wrong and wouldn't have done it in the first place.
I wonder if that's all I wanted to rant on...maybe a few beers may loosen my sealed lips...;)
(P.S. I'm not saying that every person does this, but I'm sure 90% know someone who does...)
(Yeah...I think this will cover my butt from the haters...hopefully...)
